Primarily we use the LEGO® Serious Play® Method, a globally recognized and tested tool for strategy development, problem-solving, and team building. The method was developed at the LEGO® Group in collaboration with leading researchers in strategy and organizational conduct.

Our Team
Julie Campbell-Holmes and Michael Holmes founded Building Bliss to develop strategies and techniques that would help clients thrive and do good in business and community.
Julie has expertise in business development, marketing, and communications. She spent over twenty years in consumer products, healthcare, and higher education.
Michael’s experience includes twenty-five years in higher education as a leader and organizational communication researcher. He is currently the Executive Director for ORI Community and Evaluation Services, an independent research institute specializing in education, decision making, and behavioral health interventions.
Both Julie and Michael are passionate about building trust by maintaining high ethical standards.
